Circular Breathwork
Circular breathwork is a healing modality based on continuous, conscious breathing, intended to support emotional processes, release tension, and shift behavioral patterns.
Over the years, I gained experience working with trauma and grief. I worked at a center for survivors of sexual assault, where the therapeutic approach was grounded in principles of the wisdom of the circle and Open Dialogue. During the years I also accompanied my parents through their passage from this world.
My work with trauma led me to study ecotherapy, ceremonial shamanism, and circular breathwork with Elad Carmel (“The Red Road of the Heart”). Over four years, I completed four vision quests in the four directions

Water Breathwork
In my practice, I integrate water photography as a supportive tool for the breathing process.
With time, I learned that water is not only the source of life but also a source of healing, consciousness, and renewal.
Water carries energy; it moves, remembers, transforms, and reconnects us with our deepest origins. It allows us to access our emotions and experiences fluidly and openly.
Water is linked to inner wisdom, adaptability, renewal, and creation. Its shifting movement reflects states of consciousness and opens a gentle gateway to inner listening, healing, and remembrance of our natural wisdom.
